No Refund After Access Activation
Once your enrollment is approved and course access is activated, the payment is non-refundable.
1. Final Sale After Enrollment
Codnex Academy courses are digital products. After your payment is verified and your account access is activated, your enrollment is considered complete and final.
2. Cases We Can Review
We can review payment issues only in limited cases:
Duplicate payment for the same account
Payment received but course access was not activated
A technical access issue that our team cannot resolve
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Course access has already been activated
You changed your mind after enrollment
You watched lessons, downloaded resources, or used course materials
Your account violated our Terms of Service
