• One subscription is valid for one individual only — not for teams or resale

4. Course Access & Enrollment

Upon successful payment verification, you will be granted access to the courses included in your subscription plan. Access is:

• Limited to the duration of your active subscription
• Non-transferable to another person
• Subject to the availability and updates of course content

Codnex Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content without prior notice to improve quality.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, written materials, code examples, and design assets are the exclusive property of Codnex Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any course content without explicit written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Download, copy, or redistribute course materials
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post offensive, misleading, or harmful content in the community
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

7. Payments

All payments are processed manually via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa. Access is granted after payment verification by our team. Pricing is subject to change; existing subscribers will retain their current pricing until renewal.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, without refund or prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific income, job placement, or career outcomes as a result of completing our courses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codnex Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations before pursuing formal legal action.
